BILL CLINGEN

President of Macro Wealth Integration

        Bill Clingen is President of Macro Wealth Integration, a division of WTC Insurance Services, Inc. He has more than 35 years experience as a wealth preservation advisor, specializing in life insurance, disability income insurance, long term care insurance, and annuities. Throughout Southern California, he has served more than 1,500 clients, including high net-worth individuals and families. Also, he wrote the 401(k) plan for the Motion Picture Screen Cartoonists Union, which included Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros., and DreamWorks.

        Bill has been authorized to represent California Partnership for Long-Term Care Insurance. He was a charter member of the International DI Society and a Charitable Planning Specialist in partnership with the March of Dimes. Also, he has advised the planned giving committees of the College of the Canyons in Valencia and Providence Saint Joseph's Hospital in Burbank. He has been honored with the National Sales Achievement Award and National Quality Award and has taught LUTCF courses and workshops for attorneys and CPAs. He has been a newspaper columnist and has appeared on radio and television to discuss asset protection issues.

        With co-author Samuel K. Freshman, Bill will soon publish Preserve Your Wealth: The Role of Life Insurance Strategies. This study guide is especially helpful for high net worth individuals and families, and all those who desire to be so.

        Before forming WTC Insurance Services, Inc. in 1998, Bill held the position of senior agent for The Principal Financial Group for twenty-three years. He holds a bachelor's graduate from California State University, Northridge. He lives with his wife in Valencia, California.
